Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the FindaNewJobFast.com service (the “Service”), you become a member of the Service and you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms").

Modification
You agree that FindaNewJobFast.com (a trade name for Just Employed, Inc.) may amend or modify these Terms or impose new terms and conditions at any time by updating these Terms. Any use of the Service after such updating shall be deemed an acceptance of such amendments, modifications, or new conditions. Should you object to any such modifications to these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Service.

Member Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:

  1. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
  2. harm minors in any way;

  8. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
  9. disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the Service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges;
  10. interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service;
  11. intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law;
  12. provide material support or resources (or to conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization(s) designated by the United States government as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act;
  13. "stalk" or otherwise harass another; and/or
  14. collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth in paragraphs a through m above.

Disclaimer of Warranties
FindaNewJobFast.com has provided links and pointers to Internet sites maintained by third parties.  Your use of the Service and the material on any third-party sites is at your sole risk.  All content and services provided by FindaNewJobFast.com on the Service is provided "as is" and on an "as available basis." Neither FindaNewJobFast.com nor its affiliates, subsidiaries, or designees nor each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, designers, contractors, distributors, merchants, advertisers, sponsors, licensors or the like (collectively, "Affiliates") warrant that use of the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site, including discussion forums, or the server that makes it available, are free of viruses or other harmful components. Neither FindaNewJobFast.com nor its Affiliates warrant the accuracy, integrity or completeness of the content provided on the Service or the results to be obtained from its use. You specifically acknowledge and agree that FindaNewJobFast.com is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user.  FindaNewJobFast.com's liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to FindaNewJobFast.com for the Service during the term of membership.  In addition, FindaNewJobFast.com disclaims all liability, regardless of the form of action, for the acts or omissions of other members or users (including unauthorized users) of the Service.

Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to rules generally applicable to resolving conflicts of laws. You agree to both the exclusive jurisdiction and the exclusive venue of the federal and state courts of Kentucky (Eastern federal district), with respect to any claim or cause of action, whether in law or in equity, arising under or relating to these Terms or use of the Service.
